Skill description:
If this attack hits, target foe is Blinded for 5...7 seconds. This attack counts as a lead attack.

Can this be activated with a spear? Or is it melee only?

(I don't have it unlocked on any of my chars otherwise I'd check ...).

I'm pretty sure that this is a Melee attack, but not 100%.

Aye - I saw that my ritu could actually unlock it - so I did the few quests missing, equipped it and it really is melee only.
